Which payment methods are accepted in this Online Shop?

I accept payments through PayPal and credit card payments through Stripe.

What happens after I order?

If you purchased digital downloads, you will receive an e-mail in your inbox with download links to your products. Please click on those download links and save them to your computer.

If you purchased a print version of a product, your order will be sent to Vervante for fulfillment. Vervante is an on-demand printing company that I use for all my printed products. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from them when your product has shipped.
Please allow 2 weeks for printing and shipment of your product.

If you purchased a Fundanoodle product, your order will be processed through Fundanoodle for shipment. Fundanoodle ships to US residents only and your order will ship from Charlotte, NC and arrive in 1-2 weeks.

I placed my order, do I receive my items in the mail or my e-mail inbox?

Most of the items in my shop are digital download/PDF products. This means after you complete your purchase, you will receive an email in your inbox with download links for those products. Each product is labeled in the description if it is a digital download or a printed/physical product.

I don't see my download links in my email inbox, what next?

Sometimes it can take up 24 hours for the email to land in your inbox. Also, sometimes the email could end up in your spam folder or promotions tab if you are using a Gmail email address.

Please also note, if you are using a school or company email address, these emails tend to have high security firewalls attached to them and will often block these types of emails from coming through. If you have a personal e-mail address such as hotmail, gmail, yahoo, please consider using this e-mail address to ensure your download email has the best chance of ending up in your email inbox.

What is your refund policy?

On the Website, you may purchase digital products (“Digital Products”).

Additionally, physical products may be available through Fundanoodle (“Fundanoodle Products”) or physical products produced and shipped by Vervante.

Growing Hands-On Kids is an Independent Ambassador for Fundanoodle. All Fundanoodle Products are purchased in accordance with Fundanoodle’s purchase and return policies.

Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for Digital Products.

LICENSE FOR USE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All Digital Products available for sale on the Website were developed solely for your personal use and may not be reproduced for publication or for the personal or commercial use of others without permission.

Vervante Printed/Physical Products

In the unlikely event of damage during shipment or receipt of the wrong product, please contact Vervante at customerservice@vervante.com. Please be sure to include your order number in all communications so that we may best assist you.

Returns
When we receive your return we will notify the company you purchased the product from and they will process the refund usually within 10 days. If you would like to return the product, please make a copy of this packing slip and return the copy with the product to:

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Yes, all of your personal information is kept secure behind an SSL secure certificate on this site. All of your payment information is kept separate and secure through PayPal or Stripe, depending which payment process you chose. I never share or sell your information to anyone at anytime.

Why is my country not showing when I try to purchase?

Growing Hands-On Kids, LLC is not able to sell to those in the European Union (EU) at this time due to VAT (Value Added Tax). 

I do have products listed in my Teachers Pay Teachers site which are available to those in the EU. You can view my TpT site HERE

If you are NOT in an EU country and your country is not listed, please email customerservice@growinghandsonkids.com and let us know.
