This product is available as a digital download/PDF ($5.00) OR a printed version with a binder ring ($15.99). 

If you purchase a digital download version, you will receive an e-mail with your download link. You will be responsible for all printing at your home, classroom, or clinic. If you are an international purchaser, please purchase the digital option.

If you purchase the printed version with a binder ring, you will receive your cards in the mail in shrink wrap. Please allow 2 weeks for shipment. Unfortunately, I am not able to ship this product internationally. This option is for US customers only.

All physical orders are sent through Vervante, a print-on-demand service and are shipped from Utah. You will receive a purchase receipt in your package as well as an e-mail receipt.
