PURCHASE POLICIES

SHIPPING POLICY

On the Website, you may purchase digital products (“Digital Products”). These products are delivered to the email address you provide upon purchase as soon as your purchase has processed. No physical items will be sent through the mail. Your mailing address will need to be provided for billing information only.

We do offer a limited amount of items that are printed and physically sent through the mail. These items are fulfilled through Vervante (details below).

Vervante – the Website uses Vervante to print-on-demand items, such as books and activity cards that you can purchase through the shop. These items are clearly marked as physical items on the purchase page. You will place your order through the Website using WooCommerce. Upon receipt of your order, the Website forwards your information to Vervante for fulfillment. The Website submits only the information needed to fulfill your order to Vervante.

REFUND POLICY
We offer a 30-day refund on all products listed in the shop. If you purchased digital products, we ask that you delete any files purchased from your computer and/or not download any products from the purchase receipt you received at purchase.
